When I click to run the application I receive an error message stating that "Microsoft Office Starter cannot be opened. Try again or repair the product in Control Panel. I found a kbb that suggested I uninstall the product and re-install using the Microosoft Starter.
I do this and Offjce receive microsoft office 2010 starter repair tool free message stating "ClickRun package registration failure" which will not allow me to uninstall the product. Why is this happening, is there another kbb I could be looking at? This thread is locked. In reply to Mikep's post on June 7, For your future reference. There is apple final cut pro x very little we can do to "repair" apps in Click to Run environments. If the repair and program and features base "re-install" don't work, the only remaining tool I know of is to use the Windows "refresh" partition to restore Windows. That wipes all of your installed programs and personal data files.
